How do I book my journey?
When you need to book your journey for The Experience, you’ll fill out the booking form below.
Once we receive your request, we’ll check if there’s availability on the desired departure.
After that, you’ll receive a confirmation from us with further instructions.
Now, you log into Star Citizen and transfer the payment via the wallet in your MobiGlas to the account provided in the booking confirmation.
Once everything is in order, you’ll receive a receipt via email.
Then add Captain Eagle on Discord via dk_eagle, as your communication will continue there.

How long does a cruise with The Experience take?
“Your cruise on The Experience lasts for approx. 3 hours from the completion of the boarding process. Boarding always begins 1 hour before departure.”
Can I bring armor and weapons on board the ship?
The short answer is no! The Experience is an adventure for those who want to explore Star Citizen in a completely new and exciting way. Our security team will use all means necessary, should you choose not to follow this rule.
What do I wear?
The dress code is casual clothing. This means no armor, weapons, or similar items. You simply need to go shopping for a stylish outfit for your adventurous journey.
If you ever need to venture out to the surface with the other guests for exploration, we have an armor available for you to borrow that is suitable for the purpose.
Why am I not allowed to run in the ship?
Since we have many people on board The Experience, it is incredibly important that you follow all rules and regulations provided by the staff, including the requirement to move around the ship only by walking slowly. (you don’t run around an IRL cruise ship either 😉 )
This is solely to ensure you have an amazing experience, while also ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone on the journey.
Can I get a refund?
When your payment is completed through the Star Citizen wallet, the payment is binding.
How do I find the server you are in?
In the days leading up to your cruise, you will recieve a friend request from Capt. Eagle.
On the day of departure Capt. Eagle will await you in the Star Citizen menu. He will be there 1 hour before boarding starts. Once you are in the menu he will send a party invite to you, for a party launch exactly 30 mins. before boarding begins.
If you for some reason are later than that, you will have to join Capt. Eagles server on your own, and make your way to the check-in counter for a security and boardingcard check.
Do I have to be in a party with you?
“While you are on board The Experience, it is incredibly important that you stay in the party with us. If you happen to exit the party, you will receive a trespassing warning and subsequently a crimestat. In case you accidentally leave our party, you will be asked to rejoin it promptly.
If you choose not to do so, we will be compelled to disembark you from the journey as the safety of our guests is our top priority.”
What if I get hurt on the journey?
The Experience has two doctors on board who are available to assist you in case of injury.
Do I bring my own food and drinks?
The Experience’s restaurant and bar are open throughout the journey.
On board, there are 2 servers and 1 chef, offering a wide range of specialties that Stanton has to offer. All food and beverages are, of course, included in the ticket price, so you just head on to the staff in the restaurant and bar, when you feel like that little extra something something 🙂
What is the purpose of The Experience?
The Experience is dedicated to providing Star Citizen players with an unforgettable experience. We are exclusively a cruise with peaceful intentions, aimed solely at showcasing the incredible universe we have in Star Citizen.
Will you have journeys to Pyro?
Indeed, as soon as C.I.G opens up new star systems in Star Citizen, they will also be offered as destinations for The Experience’s journeys.
Is it true that you have onboard music?
Yes, that’s correct. When you come on board The Experience, you can hear the ship playing relaxing jazz music, occasionally interrupted by infomercials. All of this adds to the feeling of a genuine in-game experience.
Can I talk with the ships crew and other guests?
Absolutely, it’s a significant part of the whole experience as well. However, it requires that your in-game voice is set up. You can do this by following the video guide you receive along with your boardingcard.
Important: However due to the many people onboard The Experience you are only to activate global (prox. ) in-game speak and turn off party speak.
I haven't recieved an e-mail from your booking team?
The mail will be sent from stellareaglealliance@gmail.com, and sometimes they end up in spamfilters.
So check if it ended up there. If not then send a mail to our Gmail with your Star Citizen name, email, Discord name and desired departure and then we will check up on it.
The price for an V.I.P. adventure onboard The Experience is 25 mio aUEC, with up to 30 persons included.
All journeys depart at 18:00 UTC, with boarding starting one hour prior to departure. Each journey lasts approx. 3 hours, and no two journeys are the same. They are meticulously planned to incorporate the latest updates in Star Citizen, day-night cycles, and much more.
Here’s how it works:
1. Fill out the form.
2. You’ll receive an email from our booking system within 2-4 days with a booking confirmation and number to use for payment.
2.a Remember to check your spamfilter, as the mail is sent out via our booking system.
3. Transfer the funds via the Star Citizen “wallet” to the profile “The_Experience”.
4. Take a screenshot of the receipt (this is crucial).
5. Reply to your booking email, attaching the image of the receipt.
6. Approx. one week before departure, you’ll receive your personalized boarding card and important information about the next steps regarding in-game communication and the day of the journey etc.
7. In the days leading up to your departure you’ll recieve a friend request from Captain Eagle (dk-eagle).
8. On the day of departure, you can join a party jump into Star Citizen from the menu 30 minutes before boarding starts. Boarding always start up 1 hour before departure.
